Dean College Facilities

Dean College Facilities serves to operate, maintain and improve the physical facilities to create a positive learning environment. If you have any questions, please contact the Facilities office at 508-541-1688.

Student Hotline: To call the hotline please dial 1111 from any Dean College phone. From any other phone please dial 508-541-1900 and when asked if you know your parties extension press 1111. Students may call the hotline to request repairs or maintenance on College maintained residences and buildings. Service guidelines are based on routine work requests during the academic year.

Postal Services

Each student is assigned a mailbox. Mailboxes are located on the ground floor of the Campus Center building. To insure safe and efficient delivery of your mail, please have all letters and packages addressed to you in this format:

Conferences, Events and Summer Camps

Dean College offers a full service conference, events, programs and summer camps office. Campus facilities available for outside groups include:

Classrooms, computer labs, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, athletic fields, two gymnasiums, basketball courts, and residence halls. Dining services are available. Classrooms are state-of-the-art with wireless, data and cable connections, teleconferencing and audiovisual hookups.

Dean College is a 12-month educational facility. Through our External Conferences and Summer Programs office, the college makes its facilities available to a variety of community groups for activities including summer camps, conferences and off-site educational programs for area businesses. The cost for these programs varies depending on the facilities and services used. Residential programs are limited to participantes 13-years-old and older and require a 1:10 ratio of counselors to campers.

Athletic fields include:

Grant Field - on the main campus with softball, baseball and soccer/lacrosse fields

Longley Field Complex - on Maple Street less than one mile from campus with regulation varsity softball and baseball fields and a football/lacrosse field.

The Facilities staff consists of skilled professional trade persons, custodians and groundskeepers. These individuals are responsible for cleaning, maintaining and repairing all academic and residential buildings on Campus.
