Dean College Facilities serves to operate, maintain and improve the physical facilities to create a positive learning environment.  If you have any questions, please contact the Facilities office at 508-541-1688. 
Student Hotline:  To call the hotline please dial 1111 from any Dean College phone. From any other phone please dial 508-541-1900 and when asked if you know your parties extension press 1111.  Students may call the hotline to request repairs or maintenance on College maintained residences and buildings. Service guidelines are based on routine work requests during the academic year.

Broken Window - Temporary patch, same day service, full repair within 72 hours

Screen damage - 72 hours

Window crank or latch - 72 hours

Window shade - 24 hours

Furniture repairs - 5-10 days based on damage assessment

Replace shower curtains - Same day service

Power failure - Same day service.  After midnight, next day service.
