Dean College has been a phenominal growing environment for me as both an actor and a student. I have learned countless things from all the perfiorming arts professors that will definately help me in my future endeavors. I have made so many friends along the way and feel like Dean has provided me with a second family. -Chris O'Reilly
My experiences with the Arts Management program have been countless. To be perfectly honest, I wasn’t exactly sure how the program was going to be because it was so new – the class before me was the first graduating class to hold a BA in Arts Management from Dean. About to graduate myself, I have no regrets about joining the program. Because it is a four-year program, the course load is rigorous, but that is only because the professors want you to work and succeed at obtaining your Baccalaureate degree. They have helped me with just about anything imaginable – both in and out of school. They go out of their way to make sure you are on the right track and understand the material. I now feel like I can walk away from Dean with the knowledge needed to be successful in not just an arts organization, but in life as well.

"Dean's Theatre Department has treated me with the upmost respect, encouraging my growth as an actor and even more important, as a person. I truly believe the people I've surrounded myself with are my second family, and I needed that dearly during my Freshman year when my mother was living halfway around the world." - Marita Andrade

"Being a part of the Dean Theatre program and Dean community, has helped me keep my feet on the ground, my head held high, and my mind open. Without diversity at Dean, I would never be a well rounded person. Everything you work on, whether it is a class project or your work as a theatre member, is a collaboration. We collaborate together to bring entertainment to an audience member, an accomplishment within ourselves, and a exhilarating experience for all. The reward in the end is walking away with a best friend, inspirational professors, and many accomplishments."
