So, what's it like here?
Dean College is a unique, co-ed private college that's home to more than a thousand full-time students and 500 part-time students. They come from all over the world for the small class sizes, state-of-the-art campus, outstanding academic programs and the legendary TLC that's the cornerstone of The Dean Method.
Students leave with Associate Degrees in one of 15 majors (98% are accepted for transfer to four-year colleges and universities) or a Bachelor's degree in one of several majors including Arts and Entertainment Management, Business, Dance, Liberal Arts and Studies and Theatre, not to mention the friendships and memories made along the way.
Franklin is an historic and charming town with plenty of friendly places to grab a bite, shop, pamper yourself or catch a movie. Plus, Dean is just 45 minutes from Boston and Providence by road or train, making weekend excursions to either city a breeze. The train station is just a short walk from campus.
Are you worried that Dean will be all work and no play? Here's proof that good times and intense study can peacefully co-exist. Dean has dozens of clubs and activities, 10 athletic programs, an unbelievable line-up of theatre productions and dance performances and sporting events. Other ways Bulldogs unwind: concerts, comedy nights, a spirited family weekend, opportunities for community service and more.
Whether you want to relax, unwind, try something new or make a difference - there's plenty for you!
