designed to provide students with many opportunities to learn current
business theories and develop necessary skills in problem solving,
human relations, and management. The mission of the Department of
Business at Dean College is to provide students with a superior
education in business that will qualify them for professional careers
and enable them to successfully pursue a bachelor’s degree in business
administration.
At the end of the two-year program at Dean College,
students will be able to continue their studies in such specific
majors as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, General Management, Entrepreneurial
Studies, International Business, and Human Resource Management.
The Business Administration major provides the student

Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Human Resource Management, Production
Management, International Business, and Health Care Management.
Dean College also offers a highly flexible Accelerated

saving both time and money as they progress quickly on to transfer
institutions or into the world of work. The curriculum in the Accelerated
Degree Option also prepares students for a smooth transition into
the SUFFOLK/DEAN Program. For more detailed information on this
option, please go to www.dean.edu/academic affairs.
The Business Administration major prepares students
