Dean College also offers a highly flexible Accelerated Business Degree Option, which allows highly motivated students to complete the Associate Degree in Business Administration in 12-14 months.  Highly motivated students who have received the approval of their advisor and the chair of the Business Department can pursue this option, saving both time and money as they progress quickly on to transfer institutions or into the world of work.  

This major prepares students to be successful in critical decision making, supervising, organizing and analyzing business programs and business trends. Through Dean's optional internship program, students will gain valuable hands-on experience. Students interested in transferring to American Assembly of Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) colleges upon graduation should complete MTH 238 (Quantitative Analysis I) as their math requirement, and MTH 239 (Quantitative Analysis II) as a free elective. Examples of AACSB colleges include American University, Babson College, Bentley College, Bryant College, University of Connecticut, University of Massachusetts/Amherst, Northeastern University and Suffolk University.
