Careers and Internships

Dancers at Dean complete internships as an important and required part of their education.  Dancers from Dean secure jobs in the field of dance as performers with internationally recognized companies such as Cirque du Soleil, commercial dancers with cruise lines and The Walt Disney Company, dance program directors, college dance admissions counselors, teachers, dance therapists, dance out-reach managers, and studio owners.

A few reasons why the prepared, trained, and well educated Dean dancer find success:

  • Private auditions with the MSA agency of NY and LA
  • Private auditions with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre for independent study
  • Our focused Senior Seminar class
  • Our rigorous and holistic curriculum
  • Customized concentrations of study
