Dean Alumni are graduates of the full time or part time programs. Also, any former students who have completed 24 credits or two semesters of coursework at Dean Academy, Dean Junior College, or Dean College and are not currently enrolled as students, are considered full members and entitled to all the rights and privileges of the Association. There are no membership dues.

The Alumni Association fosters close relationships among the alumni, faculty, staff, administration, students and friends of Dean College. It also unites to support the College.

The financial support of alumni, parents and friends is essential to the fulfillment of Dean College’s educational mission. Alumni support assures a bright future, not just for the College but for its students as well.  Contributions are tax-deductible, as are certain gifts. Please answer the call to join thousands of alumni who support Dean College annually.

The Dean Bulletin is the official magazine of the Alumni Association. It is distributed twice a year to alumni and friends who have a current address in the Alumni Office database. The Dean Bulletin features articles and information about the campus, both current and historical, as well as personal updates from alumni.

The Dean Alumni Council represents the Alumni Association and manages its programs in cooperation with the Office of Alumni Relations and the Institutional Advancement team. The Alumni Council President holds a voting position on the Dean College Board of Trustees. If you are interested in serving as a member of the Dean Alumni Council, please contact the Alumni Office. Proceeds from the Dean Alumni Council’s fundraising projects go into the Alumni Association Scholarship Fund. As this fund continues to grow, an increasing number of scholarships will be awarded to eligible students attending Dean.  The Alumni Awards are presented annually to deserving alumni, as well as staff, faculty, and/or friends of the College. 

You are always welcome at Dean! If you are searching for a time to come back and visit, watch for your class year Reunion at Homecoming.  This special time to reunite with fellow classmates includes a weekend of events and activities to get reacquainted, recognized and refreshed, plus a chance to enjoy awards presentations, sports competitions, and more.  All alumni are always welcome and invited to help milestone years celebrate.
                                                                 

The Alumni Office also arranges networking events in areas outside of Franklin where clusters of alumni reside. These areas may include: Boston, Cape Cod, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, or New York.
