Dean College finished Tied for 11th in the NJCAA DIII Championships played at the Chautauqua Golf Club in New York. The tournament was played on the 6,500 yard Donald Ross, Lake Course, from June 6-10, 2011.  Monroe CC of Rochester, NY defended their title to repeat as the 2011 National Champions. 

Dean College was led by Jorge De la Campo Betancor of the Canary Islands.  As a sophomore, Jorge recorded consecutive rounds of 76, 76, 80, 76 for a total of 308.  Jorge becomes Dean's first NJCAA All American in golf.  Of the 89 players in this tournament, Jorge finished 14th.  Other members of Dean's team were Bryan Contreras, John Glenn HS, New York, Kyle Boucher, Bellingham HS, Dylan Estrella, North Attleboro HS, and Ove Asendorf, Falmouth HS.

To qualify for the NJCAA championships, Dean won the Northeast Region XXI championship played in May on the New England CC course in Bellingham.  This was Dean's first appearance in the National Championships since 2004.  Teams from 13 states competed at the Chautauqua Golf Club, host course since 2000.
