    Valentines Day

Can you feel the love in the air? The stores have been pushing heart shaped chocolate boxes, giant teddy bears, and beautiful bouquets of flowers at you for weeks, but the day of love is finally here, Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re celebrating your love with your significant other or having a galentines day, you don’t have to go far! Check out our list of local date night restaurants and activities.

3 Restaurant: Located just a few minutes up Central Street, 3 offers an innovative menu of popular American dishes including a steak tip wedge salad, chicken parmesan, and lobster mac ‘n’ cheese. For Valentine’s Day, 3 is offering an additional special menu with entrée options including lamb, or Atlantic Cod. Don’t forget the most important part – dessert! 3 will be offering its Valentine’s Day customers a Chocolate Sphere cake, which is a ganache covered chocolate mousse and red velvet cake paired with chocolate covered strawberries.

The Rome Restaurant: Located just a short walk from Dean, The Rome Restaurant uses all fresh ingredients to serve its customers the best Italian dishes in town. Their menu offers a wide range of options such as veal & eggplant parmigiana, homemade spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, and chicken piccata. If you prefer for more casual dishes, The Rome also offers pizza, and sandwiches.

Muse Paintbar: Celebrate your love with creativity at Muse Paintbar. Located in Patriot’s Place, Muse Paintbar welcomes all ages to celebrate their love at their special Valentine’s Day themed paint night. Guests are encouraged to start arriving at 6:30p.m. when their kitchen opens to offer up some delicious snacks such as cheesy chicken dip, mozzarella sticks, and a pulled pork sandwich. At 7:00p.m. the painting kicks off. Muse is offering tickets for $35 per person, which includes the painting session and a glass of prosecco (with valid 21+ ID).
