      One of the best ways to Discover The Dean Difference is to visit campus on Discover Dean Day!

      On Friday, February 21st, the Dean College Office of Admissions brings together the Dean community for a fun day of discovery! Discover The Main Stage and Guidrey Center performance venues, discover our athletic facilities, discover our radio station & television studio, discover your major you want to study, and so much more! Join together to tour the campus, meet our students and student ambassadors, chat with the Dean's of the academic schools, and dine with us.

      Dean College to Host Saturday with Dean, February 6, 2016


      Join Dean College for an information session, followed by a tour of campus designed to help you better understand the Dean Difference.

Sessions begin at 10:00 AM and will allow plenty of time for you to enjoy the remainder of your day. Representatives of the Office of Admissions will also be on hand to answer any questions you have.

      The Palladino School of Dance Presents Choreographers’ Concert, February 5-6, 2016


      The Palladino School of Dance at Dean College will perform a Choreographers’ Concert on Friday, February 5th and Saturday, February 6, 2016.

      Join us for an evening of dance highlighting the choreography of selected upper class dance majors. Enjoy just the performance opening night or come and enjoy an evening of dance and witness renowned guest artists as they view and discuss selected student work on closing night.

      The Choreographers’ Concert will take place in the Main Stage within the Campus Center at 8:00 p.m. both nights. Tickets range from $5-$22 and can be purchased online by visiting

      Additionally, the Palladino School of Dance has partnered with the Manhattan Dance Project to present master classes with top NYC teachers in dance, hip hop, tap, and ballet.

      Master classes will be taught by top industry professionals, including James Boyd, Bill Hotaling, Todd Shanks, Michael Vernon, and more! Visit for full biographies.

      Master Classes will be offered to dance students both Saturday, February 6th and Sunday, February 7th beginning at 8:30 a.m. both days.       Dean College to Host FAFSA Day, January 31, 2016


      Join us for FAFSA Day on Sunday, January 31, 2016, sponsored by FAFSA Day Massachusetts, a non-profit, volunteer-driven program providing free assistance to students and families seeking to complete the FAFSA. Students, families and adult learners are invited to receive help with applying for financial aid for the 2016-17 academic year. Learn more and register by visiting

      Latest News on Spring 2016 Move-In

      Dean College looks forward to the start of our spring semester. Resident students should report to campus on Sunday, January 24th.  Commuter students who have been financially cleared may go directly to their first registered class on Monday, January 25th.       Dean College Approved to Offer B.A. Degree in Communications


      Dean College has been approved by the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education to offer a new stand-alone B.A. degree. Beginning in fall 2016, students at Dean College will be able to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

      This new B.A. program will prepare students for the world of work or graduate school.

      “Dean’s Associate degree in Communications has a proud history and great alumni,” said Dr. Michael Fishbein, vice president of academic affairs. “Our students have been asking to stay at Dean to finish their Bachelor’s degree in Communications and we are delighted to provide them with the option to do so.”

      Dean College now proudly offers 12 bachelor degree programs, including Arts and Entertainment Management, Business Management, Communications, Dance, English, History, Liberal Arts and Studies, Psychology, Security Management, Sociology, Sport Management, and Theatre.

      Additionally, Dean College offers associate degree programs, as well as a robust schedule of part-time continuing and professional education credit and certificate programs throughout the calendar year.
