The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, originally known as the Campus Security Act, requires Dean College to disclose to applicants for employment information about crime on and adjacent to the campus.
Dean College’s annual security report includes statistics for the previous three calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus, in off campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Dean College and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security. Enclosed are policies such as alcohol and drug use, sexual assault, the reporting of crimes, and crime prevention.
