This program is designed to fulfill requirements for our Certificate Program and the educational requirements for qualification from the Office of Child Care Services.
For Office of Child Care Services (OCCS) qualification, in addition to completing courses, students must satisfy their field experience requirements to reach teacher or lead teacher qualification. Courses designed to reach director qualification are also available.
This program is appropriate for in-service child care professionals, students with degrees in other fields who now want to study Early Childhood Education and individuals who have no prior college background and are interested in working with children.
The College awards certificates in recognition of the completion of four (4) Dean courses.
