The Microcomputer Support Specialist Certificate program provides the knowledge and skills to solve everyday computing problems of microcomputer users in the workplace.  Students learn a wide variety of applications software as well as microcomputer architecture or database management with a choice  of an elective in several areas.

Completion of this certificate program prepares individuals for a variety of positions in computer user support services. The program also meets the career advancement needs of microcomputer users who wish to improve their skills in a microcomputer environment.
