Career Planning and Internships

The Office of Career Planning and Internships at Dean College seeks to help students through their journey of self-exploration. Students are provided the tools which will allow them to make an informed decision about their major, career choices, and how to set long term goals.

Students receive one on one assistance with developing, evaluating, and implementing career, education, and employment goals. Dean College emphasizes the importance of the student taking the initiative with his or her career. By providing supportive advising, students learn transferrable skills that will apply to a variety of career paths. The Office offers placement and internship opportunities on campus, mock auditions and interviews, graduate school assistance, and connections with potential employers.

87% of Dean College Bachelor Degree graduates in 2011 were employed full time or attending graduate school.
