Housing Agreement

Please click the link here for the Housing Agreement for Dean College Students. Articles I-VII apply to all residents. Article VIII will vary depending on the type of residence hall a student resides in. There are two modifications to article VIII:

• Traditional Residence Hall (Bourret, Adams, Mitchell, Woodward, Memorial, Dean, Ewen, Wallace and Jones)
• Upper Class Housing (Clark and Houston House and Franklin Commons)

Students are responsible for this entire document, inclusive of the variation of Article VII that applies to their particular residence.
