Emerging Leaders is a prestigious and empowering program for first year students. Faculty and Staff nominate students who demonstrate great potential in the area of leadership development. Students accepted into the program complete seven workshops, a community service project, and must be an active member of a Dean College student organization. Graduates of the Emerging Leaders program are invited to continue their leadership development in subsequent years in the Dean Leadership Society.
