 
This is an annual event held in the Dining Center, the faculty and staff serve our students a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner.
All meetings are held at 8pm on Wednesday in Woodard House. Everyone is welcome to attend. If you have questions about meetings please contact any of the members listed below.

The following is the Dean College Residence Hall Association (RHA) constitution. The purpose of the RHA is to represent all resident students in matters and affairs, with the administration and other organizations, concerning or affecting the quality of living on campus. The constitution is designed for the 2005-2006 school year. Each academic year the constitution will be updated and appropriate changes will be made.
The name of this organization shall be the Residence Hall Association of Dean College, hereinafter to be referred to as the RHA.
The purpose of the RHA shall be 1) to represent the resident student population of Dean College in all matters and affairs, with the administration and all organizations, concerning or effecting the quality of living on campus: 2) to insure representation for all residence students: 3) to sponsor programs and activities between and among the various residence areas and 4) to take all necessary and appropriate action to improve any and all aspects of residence life on this campus. Section 1: Primary Membership: All students living in the residence halls shall be entitled to membership and representation in the RHA.
Section 2: General membership: All students, Faculty, Administrators, and College personnel are invited to participate in and benefit from all RHA sponsored events and programs.
Section 1: The governing body of the RHA shall consist of sixteen (16) voting members. The four (4) representatives from each residence area shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Public Relations Officer, Secretary and eleven (11) RHA Representatives chosen from the RHA general body to represent their individual residential area.
Section 2: There shall be an Executive Board, elected by the Associate Council from its own membership. The Executive Board shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations Officer, and two (2) National Communication Coordinators (NCC). In case of limited candidates, positions and those responsibilities may be combined with the exception of the positions of the President, Vice-President and the NCC’s.
Section 3: Executive Board Eligibility: In order to be eligible to run for an Executive Board position in RHA, a member must possess no less than a 2.0 cumulative G.P.A. and a 2.0 G.P.A. for the semester prior to elections. Executive Board members, who fall below a 2.0 cumulative G.P.A. during his /her term in office, must resign from his/her position. All members must be in good Academic and Judicial standing with the college in order to be eligible to run for a position as well as continue to must remain in good Academic and Judicial standing with the college in order to remain on the Executive Board.
Section 4: All Executive Board members must attend all meetings and events. If there are more than three unexcused absences at meetings, before an Executive Board member will be asked to resign.
Section 1: Executive Board: All executive powers of the RHA shall be invested in this board.
1) Duties of the President: The President shall be the public representative of the RHA, responsible for setting the meeting agendas with the RHA advisor, and running the RHA weekly meetings.
2) Duties of the Vice-President: The Vice-President shall support the President in all aspects of the RHA, run weekly meetings in the absence of the President.
3) Duties of the Secretary: The Secretary shall take minutes and attendance, of all RHA meetings and prepare and distribute them prior to the next meeting, and fulfill all other secretarial duties deemed necessary.
5) Duties of the Public Relations Officer: The Public Relation Officer is responsible for advertising all RHA events, programs, and meetings.
6) Duties of the Co-NCC’s: The Co- National Communication Coordinators shall serve as Dean College’s official representatives at all regional and national conferences associated with NACURH, as well as prepare student delegations to attend these conferences. The Co-NCC’s are responsible for maintaining communication with other regional and national schools as well as the National Information Center, as appropriate.
All members of the RHA shall hold office for a term of one (1) year, commencing on May 15 and ending on May 14 of the following year.
This constitution will be ratified by simple majority approval in a constitutional election.
