The Division of Student Development & Retention supports the intellectual and personal development of students through offering a wide range of programs, services, and resources. Staff members support, challenge and empower students to take responsibility for their collegiate experience. Through the development of strategic partnerships and student-centered environments, the division cultivates opportunities that foster the growth of students.
Student life at Dean is full of opportunities to self-create the most beneficial and rewarding experience for each student. Programs and services aimed at meeting a variety of student needs range from academic support to recreational events to evening social activities. Getting connected with the College community is essential to each students success and thus staff, services, and programs are available to assist every student by whatever means possible.
