      Dean College to Host Discover Dean Day, November 12, 2018

      Discover Dean Days are full day open house programs that include campus tours, presentations and opportunities to meet with faculty, staff and students from throughout the Dean community. 

      The following is the schedule for Discover Dean Day:

      9:30AM - Registration and Continental Breakfast

      10:00AM - Welcome and Overview

      10:45AM - Academic Fair

      11:15AM to 1:00PM - Discover the Dean Difference - Explore our campus through a variety of activities that will allow you to visit with current students, meet with our athletic coaches, tour our Children's Center, learn more about academic support services and tour the campus!

      You can also visit the Smith Dining Center when you are in the mood for lunch...it's on us!

      Dean College Presents: Dance Company, April 25-28, 2019

      The Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance at Dean College will perform Dance Company, beginning Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28, 2019.

      Award-winning faculty and guest choreographers showcase the impressive talent of our dance majors through new and restaged dance works ranging in style from hip hop to jazz dance, tap, modern dance and ballet. 

      The Dean College production of Dance Company will take place in the Main Stage in the Campus Center at Dean College, 109 West Central Street, Franklin at 8:00 p.m. Thursday – Saturday and 2:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. General admission is $22, Seniors $12 and Children $7.

      Dean College Administrative Offices Closed, April 15, 2019

      Dean College administrative offices will be closed to honor Patriots Day on Monday, April 15, 2019.

      Administrative offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

      Students admitted for the fall of 2019 are highly encouraged to attend Accepted Students Day, a special program designed to offer you all the information you need to decide if Dean is right for you.

      The program begins at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m.

      Information Sessions (Academic Support Services, Honors Program, etc.)

      Dean College Presents: Senior Showcase, April 12 & 13, 2019

      The Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance at Dean College will perform Senior Showcase on Friday, April 12th and Saturday, April 13, 2019.  

      Creating a performance from the ground up, our talented senior dance students share their choreography, performance and production expertise in this collaborative showcase.

      The Senior Showcase will take place in the Main Stage within the Campus Center at Dean College, 109 West Central Street, Franklin at 8:00 p.m. on both nights. Tickets range from $5-$10. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.dean.edu/boxoffice

      Dean College Presents: Catch Me If You Can, April 3-7, 2019

      The School of the Arts at Dean College will perform Catch Me If You Can, beginning Wednesday, April 3rd through Sunday, April 7, 2019.

      Based on the hit film and the incredible true story, Catch Me If You Can is the tale of Frank Abignale, Jr, an irreverent and precocious teenager who runs away from home. Relying on his charm, imagination and millions in forged checks, he poses as a pilot, a doctor and a lawyer, while enjoying the fast lane and winning the girl of his dreams. J. Edgar Hoover’s F.B.I. soon becomes involved and it is agent Carl Hanratty’s driving mission to track young Frank down and to make him pay for his crimes. Catch Me If You Can is a big and bright spectacle with high-energy dance numbers and a riveting story.

      The Dean College production of Catch Me If You Can will take place in the Main Stage in the Campus Center at Dean College, 109 West Central Street, Franklin at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday – Saturday and 2:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. General admission is $22, Seniors $12 and Children $7.
