We are not currently offering on-campus visits, however we have developed a number virtual options for students and their families and will continue to add more. Currently we are offering daily information sessions, our Saturday with Dean Program and the Learning Support Information Session online. Click on the links to register.

Visit Dean College

Dean College is perfectly situated in Franklin, Massachusetts, a historic town conveniently located between Boston and Providence. Our 100-acre campus is a short walk from the Dean College/Franklin MBTA Commuter Rail and a five-minute drive from Interstate I-495. 

Our goal is to provide prospective students and their families as many opportunities to visit Dean College as possible. We invite you to explore our campus and facilities.

We have currently replaced daily tours and information sessions with an online experience. Expand to learn more.

Throughout the months of March and April we will be offering daily online information sessions. These will provide an overview of Dean, as well as the admissions and financial aid process. Each session will also provide an opportunity to get all of your questions answered. We look forward to engaging with you soon.

Join us on select Saturdays during the academic year for an informational overview and campus tour.

If you can't join us for a weekday visit, we hope that you'll spend part of your Saturday with us.

On select Saturdays, during the academic year, we welcome you to visit Dean for an information session and campus tour. The information session, conducted by an admissions staff member, is followed by a campus tour given by a current Dean student. Your visit ends with lunch on us in our dining center. Other members of the admissions staff will also be on hand to answer all of your questions. 

The day begins at 10:00 AM and families should expect to spend about two hours on campus.

Dean College offers prospective students and their families the opportunity to create their own visit. Custom campus visits are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Please provide two-weeks notice for scheduling purposes.

Join us for an in-depth overview of learning support services and programs offered at Dean. Sessions are offered during the academic year and the summer.

Join us to learn more about learning support services offered at Dean College and across all colleges and universities. Our information sessions throughout the academic year, and our summer Jump Start program will help you understand the different types of support available and guide you in asking the right questions during your college search. 

Our Learning Support Information Sessions provide an overview of available support at Dean and at other colleges. Students and their families will spend a few hours on campus. These sessions are offered on select Saturdays throughout the academic year.

Jump Start is a one-day in-depth program for students with learning differences and their families offered throughout the summer. Learn about the college search process, the questions to ask and the services and programs available. 

Offered in October, November and March, our Open Houses are great opportunity to learn about our programs and explore campus.

Visitors will have the opportunity to: meet with faculty, tour the campus, learn about financial aid, explore learning support services, interact with coaches, and much more. We'll even treat you to lunch before you head out! 

Out of an abundance of caution we have cancelled our March 21st Open House.  Please consider one of our other visit options listed on this page.

We are not currently offering on-campus decision days, but are providing virtual opportunities for transfer candidates.

Join us for an online information session and set-up a virtual meeting with one of our transfer admissions counselors. During the meeting you'll receive feedback on your application and transferable credits.

In November or February join current students and faculty in the classroom to experience Dance and the Arts at Dean.

We invite you to experience our programs in Arts and Entertainment Management, Dance and Theatre. 

We have designed this program specifically to give you a firsthand look at these exciting programs of study.
