Not an athlete? No problem!
Our campus offers multiple locations to work out and stay fit, even if it’s just for fun. We have two gyms, one for our student-athletes and the other, The Holly & Jan Kokes ’64 Fitness Center, located in our Dr. Paula M. Rooney Student Center. The facility features:
- Elliptical machines
- Weight machines
- Fitness opportunities such as Zumba and Yoga.
Our newly renovated replicated grass field features a jogging track for student recreational use. We have an outdoor basketball court for friendly competition. And you can get moving through intramurals or sports clubs. Dean offers intramurals for men, women and co-ed teams that participate in basketball, soccer, volleyball and dodgeball. Off-campus trips with an emphasis on sports and recreation are also sponsored at least once a month throughout the academic year. We even have our very own Dean Dash 5k in the spring for family, friends and alumni!
