Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are offering a number virtual options for you and your family.

Enrolling at Dean

Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

Students accepted for Fall (September) enrollment are asked to submit their deposit within three weeks after receiving admissions notification. If you are concerned about making a commitment to Dean within that time frame, please contact your admissions counselor to request an extension.

After submitting your deposit, you can track your next steps through the Enrollment Portal.

We believe that Dean is a good fit for you, but before making your final decision, we encourage you to learn a little more about us. Here are a few easy steps to make your enrollment at Dean a reality.

Apply for Financial Aid

Complete the FAFSA form to be considered for financial aid. The majority of our students receive some form of financial assistance and even if you think you won't qualify, submitting the FAFSA may make you eligible for an award from Dean's institutional funds.

Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

The enrollment deposit will hold your place in the entering class ($500 for resident students, $250 for commuters). Please click here to submit your enrollment deposit. (Log in to the application portal as a returning user to access the payment page.)

Fall Enrollment (September) 

Students are asked to submit their deposit within three weeks after receiving admissions notification. 

Fall 2020 Academic Schedules

All students will receive information to your Dean email with instructions on how to view your schedule starting the first week of August. Please contact your Success and Career Advisor if you want to talk more about your classes. Questions? Email us at or check out our advising video to learn more.


New Student Orientation programs have concluded for the summer, however all new students will take part in Bulldog Beginnings held on Tuesday, September 8. New students are required to participate in this interactive virtual program that will help you become more acclimated to Dean College and better prepared for the fall semester.

For students entering the Arch Learning Community this fall there will be a Virtual Arch Orientation on August 27-28, and September 3. The three-day virtual event is required for all incoming Arch students. Students will receive details via email leading up to the orientation.

For International Students enrolling at Dean for the Fall 2020 semester, the virtual International Student Orientation (ISO) will be held on Wednesday, September 2 and Thursday, September 3rd. 

On-Campus Housing and Dining 

Fall (September) Enrollment

On-campus housing will not be offered for the Fall 2020 semester.

Submit Required Health Forms and Insurance Information

After submitting your enrollment deposit for either spring or fall enrollment, please submit the Required Health Forms. A physical examination, health form and medical history, and evidence of immunizations and qualified health insurance coverage are required by Massachusetts law or College policy.
