We believe that Dean is a good fit for you, but before making your final decision, we encourage you to learn a little more about us. Here are a few easy steps to make your enrollment at Dean a reality.
Apply for Financial Aid
Complete the FAFSA form to be considered for financial aid. The majority of our students receive some form of financial assistance and even if you think you won't qualify, submitting the FAFSA may make you eligible for an award from Dean's institutional funds.

Submit Your Enrollment Deposit
The enrollment deposit will hold your place in the entering class ($500 for resident students, $250 for commuters). Please click here to submit your enrollment deposit. (Log in to the application portal as a returning user to access the payment page.)

Spring Enrollment (January)
Students accepted for Spring (January) enrollment are asked to submit their deposit within three weeks after receiving admissions notification. Please note, the enrollment deposit is non-refundable.
Fall Enrollment (September)
The priority deadline for students accepted for Fall (September) enrollment is May 1. Students accepted after May 1 are asked to submit their deposit within three weeks after receiving admissions notification. Please note, the enrollment deposit is non-refundable after May 1.
Register for New Student Orientation
Orientation programs are offered for students enrolling for either the spring or fall. Register for New Student Orientation (NSO) and participate in the fun activities, helpful workshops, and informative presentations that make for an easy transition to Dean.
On-Campus Housing and Dining
Spring (January) Enrollment
Please complete the online Housing and Dining Request Application. This form is available now for students entering in January on Today@Dean (click on MyHousing page). The form can be accessed with your Dean student email address. You will receive your Dean student email address via the personal email you supplied on your application approximately two weeks after your deposit has been processed. Be sure to check “junk or spam” folders for this email, especially Gmail and Yahoo users.
Fall (September) Enrollment
Please complete the online Housing and Dining Request Application. This form will be available in early March on Today@Dean (click on MyHousing page) and may be accessed with your Dean student email address. Dean student email addresses will be released starting in early February via the personal email you supplied on your application. You should expect it approximately two weeks after your deposit has been processed. Be sure to check “junk or spam” folders for this email, especially Gmail and Yahoo users.

Submit Required Health Forms and Insurance Information
After submitting your enrollment deposit for either spring or fall enrollment, please submit the Required Health Forms. A physical examination, health form and medical history, and evidence of immunizations and qualified health insurance coverage are required by Massachusetts law or College policy. You may also click here to learn more about receiving or waiving the College's health insurance.
Deadlines to submit all required forms:
Spring Enrollment: January 1
Fall Enrollment: August 1
