Before You Submit

Please confirm the following:

You are using the form for the correct academic year.
Every required section is complete.
All required signatures are included.
Submitted copies are clear and legible.
Both sides of two-sided documents are included.
You retain a copy for your records.

After You Submit

Student Financial Planning will review your documents and contact you if additional information is needed. When the review is complete, your financial aid offer may be updated.
