Dean College would like to recognize our part-time students in the School of Continuing Studies who have recently been inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Alpha Sigma Lambda is devoted to the advancement of scholarship and leadership, recognizing academically outstanding adult students in higher education. Juggling the demands of family, school, and for many full-time jobs, these students have excelled academically and earned a cumulative GPA that ranks them in the top 20% of all part-time studies students.

Alpha Sigma Lambda Honors Society encourages many students to continue toward and to earn associate and baccalaureate degrees. Through leadership born of effort, both scholastically and fraternally, Alpha Sigma Lambda inspires its candidates to give of their strengths to their fellow students and communities through their academic achievements.
