Easy as 1, 2, 3

Transferring to Dean is almost that simple: file an application (it’s free online), submit the required application documents, and receive your acceptance and credit evaluation and prepare to start classes. We make every effort to provide you with a credit evaluation as soon as possible so you can gauge the amount of courses needed to complete your Dean degree. Generally, college-level courses with a grade of C– or higher are accepted for transfer credit.

We also have transfer agreements that pave the way for easy transfer. Associate degree graduates from the following institutions with a GPA of 2.0 or higher will be accepted to Dean College:

Students from any Massachusetts community college are especially welcome, and we accept the Massachusetts Guarantee (Massachusetts Guarantee) and the General Education Foundation which makes transferring even easier.
