DEAN COLLEGE LAUNCHES SEARCH FOR 15TH PRESIDENT

The Dean College Board of Trustees has launched the search for the College’s 15th President. Guided by Dean’s mission and the values embodied in The Dean Difference, the Board has appointed a Presidential Search Committee to lead the effort and has engaged Greenwood Asher & Associates, a nationally recognized higher education executive search firm, to assist in identifying outstanding candidates.

The Presidential Search Committee is working closely with Greenwood Asher & Associates to conduct a thoughtful, comprehensive, and inclusive selection process.

A COMMUNITY-INFORMED PROCESS

While the Board of Trustees is ultimately responsible for appointing Dean College’s next president, the Committee believes meaningful input from the Dean community is essential. Feedback gathered throughout the process will help identify the qualities, experience, and leadership priorities that should guide the recruitment and selection of the College’s next leader.

THE LEADERSHIP PROFILE: APPLICATIONS AND NOMINATIONS

The Presidential Search Committee, informed by stakeholder feedback gathered during recent listening sessions, has finalized the leadership profile for Dean College’s 15th president. Greenwood Asher & Associates is leading the national search, and the position is now open for applications.

Review of candidates will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to submit a letter of interest and a current CV or résumé by September 4, 2026.
