Our 18:1 student-teacher ratio ensures that students can get help when they need it. No class at Dean is larger than 45 students and most are under 35 students.

More than 95% of Dean’s B.A. and B.S. graduates complete their degree on time and are either employed or in graduate school within six months. Dean also invests time and resources in your success, with $22 million going toward scholarships and grants every year.

We guarantee on-campus housing - for all four years! Dean offers a variety of living options from traditional residence halls to converted Victorian houses to fully furnished apartments.

Dean offers exceptional academic support. Our staff of full-time advisors can arrange for peer or faculty tutoring, formal one-on-one academic coaching, assistance with learning differences and help through the writing and math centers.

Dean awards both baccalaureate and associate degrees, providing a wide range of educational options. Choose from nearly three-dozen academic programs or work with an advisor to design your own Liberal Arts and Studies concentration or your own major.
