    Applying was the hard part; now comes the easy part. Take a moment to celebrate. We invite you to join our diverse and dynamic community of students and faculty, and hope to see you on campus as part of our incoming class!

    We believe that Dean is a good fit for you, but before making your final decision, we encourage you to learn a little more about us. Here are a few easy steps to make your enrollment at Dean a reality:

    Apply for Financial Aid

    Complete the FAFSA form to be considered for financial aid. The majority of our students receive some form of financial assistance and even if you think you won't qualify, submitting the FAFSA may make you eligible for an award from Dean's institutional funds. 

    Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

    Fall Enrollment (September)

    The enrollment deposit will hold your place in the entering class ($500 for resident students, $250 for commuters).The priority deadline for students accepted for Fall (September) enrollment is May 1. Students accepted after May 1 are asked to submit their deposit within two weeks after receiving notification. Please click here to submit your enrollment deposit. (Log in to the application portal as a returning user to access the payment page.)  

    Please note, the enrollment deposit is non-refundable after May 1.

    On Campus Housing and Dining

    Please complete the online Housing and Dining Request Form – Available in February. This form is available on Today@Dean and may be accessed with your Dean student email address. You will receive your Dean student email address via the personal email you supplied on your application approximately one week after your enrollment deposit has been processed. Please refer to your acceptance packet for detailed instructions and additional information.

    Required Health Forms and Insurance Information

    After submitting your enrollment deposit please submit the Required Health Forms. A physical examination, health form and medical history, and evidence of immunizations and qualified health insurance coverage are required by Massachusetts law or College policy. You may also click here to learn more about receiving or waiving the College's health insurance.
